Thirty riders [including team reserve athletes] across six nations traveled to the HITS Ocala Horse Show grounds for the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ of the United States of America in Florida, USA on Sunday, February 18th.
By day’s end, the Canadian’s would come out on top, boasting the first leg of the new North/Central America and Caribbean division.
Those that attended, both new to show jumping and avid fans, had the opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere of senior show jumping team events.
Whether an avid fan or equestrian newcomer, Nations Cups have the ability to excite, engage, and strengthen the knowledge and perception of horse sport.
For riders, no matter if it’s your first appearance wearing your nation’s colors or if you’re a veteran team member, representing your home country is one of the highest honors with a thrill that never fades.
