Subject: Reigning Olympic Champion Steve Guerdat wins the Prix Generali with his long-time favorite mare Jalisca Solier, only months before her official retirement at CHIO Geneve.

Jalisca Solier passed away yesterday in Switzerland, the amazing mare was 17 years old. Having shared a very special bond with Steve Guerdat through out her career, Steve, filled with emotions, expressed yesterday, “You are and you remain one of the most beautiful things that have happened to me in my life and I could never thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me. I’ll miss you my princess Lisa, I love you.”
