The partnership between Richard Spooner & Cristallo has proven to be one of the most successful, and enduring, of our time. On Sunday, July 9, 2017, the pair made history again by winning the Sun Life Financial Derby CSI5* at Spruce Meadows in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

As always, Spooner took a moment to focus on his horse and express his gratitude after the 19-year-old Holsteiner gelding once again gave his all for his rider. Read the complete story here.
