Dawn breaks on the final day of the 2016 Longines Global Champions Tour of Miami Beach, where on Sunday, April 10th, the new Global Champions League is set to make its premiere. It’s a quieter morning on the beach as just a group of the five star horses remain in their temporary stabling in South Beach, leaving plenty of room for handwalking and lunging in this coastside arena.
The all-new Global Champions League consists of 12 teams of riders that will compete at every stage of the 2016 Longines Global Champions Tour. Two riders from a team of five will contest each stage. The Global Champions League will livestream online at this link, beginning at 11:30am EST.
