You spend your time taking care of your horse, so we’re taking care of you.
Noëlle Floyd is bringing equestrians the best finds in performance, recovery, and indulgence from inside our community as well as brands and products that may not be ‘equestrian-focused’ but will fit perfectly into your riding lifestyle (think beauty, health/wellness with fashion and accessories sprinkled in).
As a member, you’ll receive a surprise hand picked curation that arrives at your door every three months (September, December, March, and June).
*At this time, the NF.edit is not customizable but noting your sizing and color preferences at checkout helps ensure the perfect fit and favorite piece when apparel and accessories are included.
Signing up for an annual subscription means you pay $215 upfront for a full year of boxes. Did you know that you can save up to 10% when you register for an annual subscription? You will not be charged for your subscription again until the end of your annual term. Your subscription automatically renews each year unless you decide to cancel before your renewal date.
Quarterly: A quarterly subscription means that you will pay $59.99 per box/every three months. Your subscription automatically renews each season unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date.
The NF.edit is a subscription membership. We do not sell boxes on a one time basis. If you sign up and would like to cancel before you are billed for the next box — you are welcome to unsubscribe and there is no penalty or fee for cancellation.

After selecting either a quarterly or annual membership, you will be charged immediately at checkout and will be sent an email confirmation of your order.
After your original billing date, all quarterly subscribers will be billed on the 10th day of September, December, March, and June, going forward, until the membership is paused or cancelled. Annual subscribers are charged upon purchase, and then again at the end of their annual term. Of course, you can cancel any time before the billing cycle renews.

If credit card information is incorrect or expired, three consecutive charging attempts will take place by our billing system before an account is marked as ‘Inactive’. At this point, your account will be paused and the upcoming shipment, withheld.
We never want you to miss a shipment so we send email reminders and notifications to ensure that all of your billing info is up to date. See the Manage My Account section of our FAQs.
Our goal is always to ship existing subscriptions within the first few weeks of the NF.edit quarterly months: September, December, March, and June. But, from time to time, we experience shipping delays related to assembly and receiving product from our brand partners. We will always work to communicate the delays so that you have a better idea of when your NF.edit is arriving!
Once shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-8 days for the NF.edit to arrive at your door.
We're constantly re-evaluating our shipping and assembly operations to improve delivery timelines and tracking clarity. If your shipment status within your NF.edit account and/or tracking link shows "Pending” or “Pending Delivery" please be patient.
Occasionally (and especially during the holidays), there are delays at certain transit hubs that can add 1-4 days to the overall delivery time. Our fulfillment team also manually updates when your box is being shipped out so you should see the shipment status and tracking link update with new information after a couple of days!
If you feel your box has truly stalled / is lost, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to track it down.
Shipping is free for all!
When you cancel, our billing system assumes you are preventing a renewal for any future boxes, not that you are requesting a refund for your recent cancellation.
So, if you made a mistake during checkout or have a sudden change of heart, please send an email to email@example.com right away and we’ll absolutely do our best to accommodate a refund if your request is more than a week (7 days) before shipment/ before your NF.edit enters the fulfillment process. Once your order has entered the fulfillment process, it is considered final and nonrefundable.
We deeply regret any time a member’s experience with the NF.edit is impacted as a result of a damaged or incomplete shipment.
The NF.edit is a limited product offering so if you have received a damaged product in your box, or if your box is missing a product, please email our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org within two weeks of your shipment and we will do our best to assist you with getting the item replaced!
*Any refunds or replacements are made solely at our discretion with consideration to product and/or box availability. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Manage My Account
You can log into your account via the profile icon button in the top right-hand corner of our homepage. Your username will be the email address you created your account with and your original password.
Once logged in, scroll to the black footer at the bottom of our homepage where you’ll see “My Account”. From there, you’ll be directed to your account page where you’ll see “Manage My NF.edit Subscription” on the right-hand side.
You can update your billing and shipping address(es), credit card info, or pause a shipment.
If you are unable to login or reset your password, please first double-check you are using the correct email address. If you've placed an order but did not setup a password, simply activate your account with the same email address and your order history will be there!
