What kinds of products will be included in the NF.edit?
While surprises are fun, you’ve told us that you’d like to know a little bit more about what will be in each curation before signing up. So leading up to the shipment of each box, we’ll be teasing out items and brands included and pro riders who will be contributing so you can be as excited about the NF.edit arriving at your door as we are.
Each curation provides items specifically geared towards riders (Performance, recovery, and indulgence. Think beauty, health/wellness, and definitely fashion and accessories sprinkled in) but we also want to introduce you to new brands and products that may not be equestrian-focused but will fit perfectly into your lifestyle and self-care routine.
How does the subscription work?
The NF.edit is the gift a rider gives themselves, but it’s also our gift to you. As an NF.edit member, you’ll receive a surprise hand picked curation of health, beauty, and lifestyle products that arrives at your door every three months (September, December, March, and June).
Can I return or exchange any of the items in the box?
With the nature of subscription boxes, purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes or box items. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
As far as making sure we get your sizing and preferences right, make sure to fill out our questions at checkout.
When will I be billed?
You can receive this box of equestrian goodness, by selecting one of two memberships. Quarterly Members are billed immediately upon purchase and then the subsequent shipment period or the first day of the following quarter. Annual Members are also billed immediately upon purchase but are then set for the rest of the year. To be honest, there’s no wrong choice here!
When will my box ship?
The NF.edit is a quarterly subscription box so it currently ships every three months. (September, December, March, June.) Don't wait to sign up - box quantities are extremely limited.
What do I do if my box is damaged during shipping or I am missing an item?
The NF.edit is a limited offering and we understand that things do happen. So, if any product is missing or damaged and/or your box is lost or defective, please report it ASAP to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with filing a claim. Any refunds or replacements are made solely at our discretion with consideration to product and/or box availability.
