Returns and Exchange Policy

We want to make shopping as easy as possible this holiday season. For orders placed between November 27 to December 24, 2018, we are extending our exchange policy to allow exchanges until January 10, 2019 to give you more flexibility in purchasing holiday gifts.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return and Exchange Details

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:


Boots scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on boots on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.


Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.


Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

How to send in your return

To ship an item back to NOËLLE FLOYD MARKETPLACE please:

1. Click here and fill in your order number, email to initiate the returns process. We will followup with a return label for you. 

2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a shipping envelope or box (ideally the original delivery box).

3. Attach the return label to the box, and drop off at any USPS or UPS location.

The tracking number on your return label will allow you to track your return within the USA to our returns partner. Returns are generally processed between 10-12 business days from when we receive your return, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Tracking your return

When you initiate a return, you will purchase a return label through us which will come with a tracking number. Please retain record of your tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us.


Returns do take us 10-12 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Refunds will be made only to the credit card or payment account used for the original purchase. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
