Office Coordinator

Launched as a blog in 2012, NOËLLE FLOYD has undergone several evolutions from strictly sports media coverage + print magazine to now including an online marketplace, a quarterly subscription box, and a gated platform for exclusive video, written, and experiential content.
Now a prominent player in the equestrian space, our global brand is looking for an experienced Office Coordinator who can manage multiple projects at once and implement procedures in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Our ideal candidate is an incredibly organized and detail-oriented problem solver.

  • You will be an integral part in ensuring our office operations run smoothly and add maximum value to the company’s multiple business units
  • You will report directly to our Director of Operations and support the company’s Champions in their administrative, back end tasks
  • Maintain and create office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Schedule meetings/calls, manage schedule for quarterly team meet-ups, etc.
  • Coordinate travel schedules for NF. team + freelancers associated with particular projects
  • Assist with community feedback/customer service email management
  • Handle the deliveries, shipments and general organization/maintenance of samples
  • Banking, AR/AP (mainly monthly payments to freelancers)
  • Assist team with Shopify backend support (includes updating imagery, copy, quantities, etc.) as well as fulfillment centre related tasks
  • Assist with errands including sample pick up/delivery, office upkeep
  • Assist with in-house and Vancouver-based photoshoots (both lay flats, staged and on model)
  • Coordinate travel schedules for NF. team + freelancers associated with particular projects
  • Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, etc.


  • Prior experience in an office support role preferred
  • Based in Vancouver, BC, CANADA (necessity to work alongside Director of Operations in office location)
  • You are a resourceful problem solver; a self starter with a can do attitude
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Dropbox, Slack, and GDrive programs
  • Experience working on Shopify ecommerce platform(s) preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well without supervision
  • Highly motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Full time, 1 year contract
  • Flexible work hours
  • Remote team (half of us are EST and half are PST) with quarterly meet ups
