Great Britain’s Emma Stoker and the 12-year-old NWB mare Townhead Tallulah V (Tabasco La Silla x Calvados) have won the 1.50m CSI3* Grand Prix at the Vilamoura Champions Tour in Portugal.

The feature class of the week took place at the Vilamoura Equestrian Center, with Portugal’s own Bernardo Costa Cabral designing the 13-obstacle-course. A field of 33 entries competed for the lump sum of the prize money, with three qualifying for the jump off round. Stoker and Townhead finished in a speedy 43.27s to secure the 1st place position at the top of the leaderboard.

In 2nd place, Portugal’s Duarte Romao and the nine-year-old Selle Francais mare Utopie d’Bonneville (Landor S x Jalisco B) finished in a time of 43.31s. Sweden’s Irma Karlsson and the 12-year-old Oldenburg gelding Starling 7 (Stakkato x Calvaro) finished in 3rd with a time of 44.27s.
