Germany’s Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum was awarded the Overall Leading Lady Grand Prix Rider for the 2015 circuit last night ahead of the 2015 $500,000 CSI5* Grand Prix, on behalf of Martha Jolicoeur of Illustrated Properties. Developing a strong presence early on in the 2015 Winter Equestrian Festival, Meredith finished third in the $34,000 Ruby et Violette WEF Challenge Cup Round III aboard Fibonacci 17. Following suit, Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum and Fibonacci 17 won the $372,000 Suncast CSI5* Grand Prix during Week 7 of the Winter Equestrian Festival. Meredith and Fibonacci 17 also finished second in the $372,000 FEI World Cup CSI 5*-W Grand Prix during the ninth week of the Winter Equestrian Festival.

This ensured Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum as the Leading International Lady rider of the 2015 Winter Equestrian Festival presented by Rolex. Meredith joined fellow Rolex Testimonee Eric Lamaze in a strong Winter Equestrian Festival for Rolex representative riders this season.
