Danielle Goldstein on Lizziemary, Tough Courses, & a Love For Her Team

Danielle Goldstein on Lizziemary, Tough Courses, & a Love For Her Team

Don't let those peacock feathers fool you - Dani Goldstein means business. Although she's got the best hair in the biz, her iconic locks are just a lucky bonus here at the World Equestrian Games - and they just may be the good luck charm she was hoping for. She's been putting in consistently solid rounds on Alan Wade's highly technical courses, including today's clear individual round, which catapulted her to the lead and had the crowd in Tryon erupting in passionate cheers.

She's a fan favorite for myriad reasons, but it's her passion for Team Israel and deep connection with her 'horse of a lifetime,' Lizziemary, that stand out here at the Games. Despite a hairline fracture on her foot nine weeks ago, Lizziemary and Dani are putting their best "hoof" forward. From her flying feathers to her flying mare, Dani is proving once again that she's one to watch.
