Where do I go to login to watch the masterclasses?

Head over to, then click on "login" at the top right. Then enter your email address and password that you created. Click "sign in."

How long do I have access to each masterclasses?

As long as you're a member, you have access to all of the masterclasses. They never expire! Once you end your membership, you will no longer have access to the masterclasses, course workbooks, or community group.

What's included in the annual and monthly memberships?

The annual and monthly memberships include all of the full and mini masterclasses, live Q&A's, webinars, challenges, giveaways, and the community Facebook group. 

When does my membership expire?

Your membership will auto-renew at the next billing period, unless you cancel prior. For example, if you purchased a monthly membership on March 2nd, 2020 your membership would renew on April 2nd, 2020. 

How do I change my billing information?

Log in at, go to your 'settings' at the top right hand corner and then 'billing.' You can update your card information here.

How do I go from a monthly to an annual membership?

If you'd like to change your membership, you will have to cancel your monthly membership and then purchase an annual membership. Your monthly membership will not automatically cancel when purchasing an annual membership, so be sure to cancel that as well.

How do I go from an annual member to a monthly membership?

When purchasing an annual membership, you have access to all content for a full year. If you'd like to switch to a monthly membership after the year is up, reach out to us at to set a deactivation date. You will then purchase a monthly membership on the deactivation day. 

Can I pause my monthly membership?

You are not able to pause a monthly membership. You will have to cancel your membership and repurchase it again at a later date.

Can I purchase my membership and activate it later?

Once you purchase a membership, it will automatically be activated. Be sure to take advantage of your membership and sign in as soon as you purchase it!

How do I cancel my membership?

Log in at, go to  your 'settings' at the top right, then click on 'billing.' In that section will be to cancel your membership. If your membership just renewed, you will still have access until the following renewal period. If you have any questions or need help cancelling, reach out to us at
